Annia Labrador is the chief technology officer of FundRE and leads the development team which covers frontend, backend, data, and cloud development. Her responsibilities include technical recruitment, managing the development process, establishing good development practices and standards across the platform, coordinating all moving parts to deliver a high-quality and optimised product, and identifying technical innovation opportunities.
Ms. Labrador has over 13 years of experience as a Software Engineer, performing systems analysis, architecture design, development, and maintenance of web-based and mobile applications. Ms. Labrador has contributed to several projects for a diverse portfolio of clients across several industries such as hospitality, finance, healthcare, legal services, logistics, and real estate. Prior to joining FundRE, she worked at Overactive, a large software development provider based in South America. As a Technical Director, she was responsible for the technical partnership with XPO Logistics and GXO, two freight transportation companies operating in 18 countries. Managing a team of over 130 people distributed in 5 different countries, Ms. Labrador has been instrumental in the delivery of the LTL software platform, which generates more than USD 5 billion in revenue per year from operations in North America and Europe.
Ms. Labrador graduated from the University of Informatic Sciences in Havana, Cuba.
Elias Jaime has over 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer across several industries including Marketing, E-commerce, and Logistics. His current responsibilities include the development of new user-facing features, maintaining and improving the platform as well as optimizing performance and loading times. He works closely with the designer and backend team to constantly enhance the user experience.
Prior to joining FundRE, Mr. Jaime worked for large software development providers such as Globant, Endava, and Perficient. His focus was predominantly on the architecture and development of web-based applications, with a special commitment to scalability, performance, and security. In his previous experience at Perficient, Mr. Jaime also led a team of engineers located across several countries. He worked on a project that became the base of all web applications developed on the LTL business unit at XPO Logistics, guaranteeing the same look and feel for all the applications developed for the same business unit and saving the company considerable resources. He was responsible for the technical execution and delivery of the project, guaranteeing high-quality standards in the code and final product. Mr. Jaime is constantly exploring new technologies and best practices to apply to his everyday challenges.
Mr. Jaime graduated as an Informatic Systems Engineer from the UAI University in Rosario, Argentina.
Yann Idelsen is the founder and CEO of FundRE, a Prop-Tech start-up that facilitates the origination of European commercial real estate finance for institutional investors. Mr. Idelsen is involved in all phases of the company’s development.
Mr. Idelsen’ s professional finance experience spans both real estate private equity and structured finance. Mr. Idelsen has successfully transacted over EUR 2.7 bn of European commercial real estate investments and financings. Prior to founding FundRE, he worked at a pan-European investment manager where he closed and managed several European real estate investments across core/core+ and complex restructuring, growing the portfolio of the company to EUR 1.75 billion within 17 months. His responsibilities included deal sourcing, full underwriting and due diligence process, SPA negotiation, financing, third-parties onboarding and strategic asset management. Prior to this experience, he worked in the debt and equity raising team at HFF and JLL, advising private equity funds, large corporates and family offices on acquisition, refinancing and development facilities across Europe and the UK.
Mr. Idelsen graduated summa cum laude with a MEng in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering from The University of Leeds.
